Front end deals in India

I’m currently working in B4 Middle East deals. First year associate. Wondering options in India and want to know what’s the pay like for similar job

Background

• Graduated NIT Trichy
• CFA Level 2 cleared
• Current work: front end deal advisory. Advising banks on distressed debts, valuations of distressed firms, turnaround projects etc.

Currently earning 35LPA in hand. Is this a realistic salary to expect? Apart from B4, do other firms pay in this range for 1YOE (say MBB or boutique consulting)?
