From TCS to Startup: Is It Time to Bet on Growth Over Comfort?

I’m currently working at TCS with 2 years of experience and a 7.9 LPA package. I recently received an offer from a startup (founded in 2020, ~100 employees) for a Python + AI role with a 50% hike.

The tech stack and work are much more aligned with my interests and long-term goals. However, with the current market uncertainties, I’m torn between the safety of a stable job at TCS and the exciting, fast-paced learning environment at the startup.

Is it worth taking the risk for better learning and career growth? Or would it be wiser to stay with the stability of TCS, at least for now?
