From Server to a Business analyst

I am 22 years and still figuring out what to do in my life, i pursued my passion in the Hotel industry for 3 years of study and 1 year of work experience but clearly it isn't paying me well, the slow growth and long working hours are cherries on top.

2 of my family members are in the IT industry, I am willing to switch my domain to a Business analyst (BA), not even 20% of my skill set match with the BA from my previous domain.

i am willing to learn and give my time to this new path that i am choosing The only concern is that i don't want to regret it later, the pay is good, ample of skills to learn which i will. But how good is the market in terms of job opportunities?
