Heard from some reliable sources that an internal communication was shared with senior leadership. In it, the CEO reportedly addressed the current economic climate and the company’s performance, stating that no decision has been made yet regarding salary hikes this year.
The message apparently included a video of the CEO himself delivering this update.
While it’s still unclear whether this is official or just internal chatter, it’s looking increasingly likely that there might not be any hikes this year.

That's not true .... Ravi has been getting 14% for last 2 years ...... am sure he will this yr as well ...... so Cogni has amazing performing CEO ...only problem is 2.7lakh others whose performance is questionable every year ....
That's factually false , they reported growth is threw acquisition of new companies not via getting any profitable project accounts to the company
