Trending @Infosys; From last year I am getting rating as met expectation and I am working a lot and this year also I got same without discussion .

I have not signed off still the rating will be met expectation only ? How much hike I can expect any idea ?

Bro, if ur rating is met expectations, don't expect more than 5-7% hike. Companies just use this rating to keep u in the same pay bracket. 😒 Time to look for a new job, man.
