From ‘Fit’ to 14 hours shift

During COVID, I went from 68kg to 54kg by sticking to a few key practices:

• Drinking 3 liters of water daily • Exercising for 30 minutes • Having dinner before 7 pm • Following a healthy lifestyle: going to bed by 10 pm and waking up at 5 am • Eating smaller portions

It took me 1.5 years to achieve that weight.

But now, after 6 months on a new project, I’ve gained 7kg. My routine has really slipped — I can’t keep up with regular mealtimes, my sleep is all over the place (logging off at 1 am), and I barely have time for exercise because I’m working 14–16 hours a day.

I just weighed in at 62.5kg, and seeing that number again has broken my heart. I’m looking for motivation to get back on track. If anyone else is managing a similar lifestyle and still maintaining their weight, I’d love to hear any tips you have.

PS: height 156cm
