From CHRO this FY for top performers will receive 12 -15%, does any know who are top performers?

I got 15% hike with band A last year.

All the A banders. They will receive 12 to 15% more work.

I think A+ band holders will get a double digit hike

These are special class associates. They generally dont spend time on grapewine. They just focus on company's goals.

Last year I got 12 with C band

These will be high talent associates So most prob digital and innovator

Got 11 percent this year

Compensation letters are rolled out

As there are 5 bands D C B A and surprisingly A+ , so the people who got A+ band will get double digit hike
These people are 10k out of 1 and it is very rare to get A+ band
