From 3 lpa to 25 lpa in 6 years

I started in 2019 with a 3 LPA job at a small IT services company in Pune. the pay was low, but i focused on learning as much as i could - java, spring boot, and basic cloud concepts. After 2 years, i switched to a mid-sized product company for 6 LPA. Showcasing my hands-on experience during interviews helped alot. By year 4, i had mastered AWS and Kubernetes, which landed me a role at a top MNC for 12 LPA. Fast forward to today (6 years in), i’m earning 25 LPA as a senior engineer.
