Friends is a very mid show!
It’s comedy was just okay, its story was just mildly annoying with all the incestual relationships. There was no creativity in filming, scripting or cast.
Joey and chandler make the show watchable. Everyone else is just highly annoying. Thanks to dominance of US economically and culturally in the 90s it’s now one of the top shows in the world.
Anyone I meet who says they like friends, I immediately assume that they are shallow worthless human beings.

friends was meant to be watched in that era only, and people who watched it earlier know why it's a good show

Watch Curb your Enthusiasm. You'll laugh your ass off every episode. And it's one of the only few shows which is consistent from the first season to the last season (season 9).

It’s the gist of the show, even if someone is annoying, they’re still friends regardless of their nature/differences! :)
100% agree with this entire take. Specially that 4 out of 6 main characters are mid or even bad by all definition
