Friends‼️‼️. I’m a tester 2, I want to switch to, either devops or software developer. Which would be the best option🧞‍♂️

I’m right now in a A2 level - Tester II role. If I switch or transition to a devops role, would I have to start as a entry level position . Or, if I transition to a developer role, would I still be in a level 2 position or would l have to start from an entry level again. (Ps : I started as a developer role, then according to the company account project requirement, i was given a tester role🥲)
