Friend stuck in job switch

I have a friend, she joined Infosys a month ago and is currently in training, and she has a night shift 5 days a week from the office. She recently got an offer from HP, which again is a night shift but is rotational biweekly or so, and also has a 3-day work from office scenes. So clearly a better option than Infosys. But the problem she's facing is Infosys has a one month notice period policy, and HP wants an immediate joinee. Neither organization is ready to negotiate in her favour. Infosys won't let her go before the notice period (she has tried explaining her situation to the HR as well as the manager), even though she's in training, and HP isn't ready to give her a 1 month grace period or a buyout option. What can she do about this? The hr in HP is suggesting her to abscond from Infosys. I don't know enough about absconding and how it might affect her in the future. Can you guys please suggest any alternatives or if in the worst case if she decides to abscond, what are the things she needs to be aware of or be careful of?
