Friend looking for a Tech partner/guide to help his side hustle

My friend is looking for a Tech partner/guide to steer through his side hustle. He is working on a web app as weekend hobby and a good base code is available. Now he is looking forward to give it a good shape and see if this can be monetized in the future. As I understand, he do not have anything to offer, neither Monetary nor Non-Monetary benefits. Anyone interested to spend 2-3 hrs on weekends just as a hobby and get the app into the shape and evaluate if it has potential for scaling to B2C market.

The current tech stack of the code is Frontend: React 18 + TypeScript + Vite Styling: Tailwind CSS + shadcn/ui Backend: Supabase (JavaScript/TypeScript)
