Friend joined at C3B with 35LPA

My friend joined tcs and they offered him 35+ LPA whereas i got 25lpa 2 years ago which is still same as i didn’t get any appraisal after that. Feeling sad and disappointed ☹️

Please think about other TCS colleagues working for TCS from last 13 years and getting only A or B bands. Still they are merely on 14 lac CTC.

Those who join late, take the cake, who built the walls, just watch them break.

Bro,

People at 14 yrs in TCS and total 18 yrs exp is at 18 LPA still Got nothing from last couple of years, No Bands, No Hikes, No Variables, No Promotions.

We are getting only 30% variable and 70% money is taken back by Company.

Not sure whether Company is giving hike to us or we are giving our Variable Amount as Hike to them

Those who are crying they can do the switch and get the expected package. No company in India gives more package when you are in same company for long time. Step out of your comfort zone and switch then you will also receive high package.

The problem is everyone asking for immediate to 15 days joiners ,I can’t drop papers without an offer.as we have 90 days np struggling what can be done
