Freshers starting stage

Freshers in the early stages of their careers are facing this issue—some seniors in the project are unwilling to help and gain real-time experience. I understand that all of us work for money, and everyone has feelings.

When I have doubts and ask them on a call, they respond with, "Why did you join this project? You're totally wasting my time. It's better if you leave the project." 😞 What i should do ?
