Anyone know how to refer freshers to join CG? Or any offcampus drive for CG? I know few talented youngsters but not finding right way to reter them. and you know HRs. They never help.
If they are talented then please steer them away from Capgemini and save their future.
They have to start from somewhere right? Coming to financial terms as well, we need that in life to start with. Also, everyone's experience might be different. I worked with Accenture before and my all the projects were worst. However my colleague had different attitude about them. So is my experience in CG. Everything is blessed, but other team mates are not happy.
Anyways, they have to start from somewhere!
You can’t refer any fresher in CG even if you do it’s pointless, this company doesn’t recommend freshers. CG pick freshman through campus (YES CG HR’s NEVER HELPFUL AND USELESS)
