Freshers hired in IT through NQT in 2024 are still waiting for joining.. any idea what they are planning

It won't matter if they get joining or not, they will be kicked out within a quarter citing the new bench policy.
Atleast new joiners are not recommended to join this sinking ship 🚢 of Tamils Chû Service.
