Trending @Infosys; Freshers getting more packages

I have been working as specialist programmer l1 from past 1.2 years (i solved all problems in coding round without cheating or any kind of help) at 9.5 lpa ,now i get to know infosys is hiring at 11 lpa for l1 , 17 lpa l2 and 21 lpa l3(earlier they just used to hire for l1 only in offcampus drive) i know i can easily crack l3 interview as well , what should i do to get there? I dont want to switch as i had dc in my homecity , whom should i talk to about this , or nothing can be done?
