Fresher salary!

How much do you think is a reasonable salary for freshers!?

Flipkart pays 22ish including joining bonus.

So removing all that you will get about 1.2-1.5 L pm in hand.

But Flipkart is let's say second best tier in terms of pay. First best would be Google, atlassian, Amazonish companies.

So average happy pay would now be 14-16 lpa that's close to 80k -1 lakh pm.

But I started at 6 lpa now at 7 yoe Am at 70lpa🙂 Don't worry too much. Pick a good field and slog it off. Good luck
