Some top funds started recruiting from IITD now, they hire at 50LPA Off campus, I'm not sure how it would work.
But you can try and aim for 20-25 LPA at a Tier 2 fund if that is an option

Is titan capital a tier-2 (assuming T1 are elevation, peakXV, Tiger and matrix)

I would place it there. It's tier 2 for pre-seed, seed investments. They just don't invest larger cheques, but are very active in the early stages.
It's a natural evolution of angel investing. Similar to what Razorpay founders have done with Marshot Ventures and Dream 11 founders have done too.

If it's a 100M+ fund, 20-25 cash + variable is the min.
