The early stage of a career needs to be more productive and here freshers are not getting projects, still on the bench, or doing some POC. What is the result of doing POC? What is the purpose of doing it? How much time will it take?
And I can see frequent news like CG hired many freshers this month while so many are already present to join projects. Why do they do this?

POC is the real opportunity to learn because u are almost free to use ur head and build some possible solution for the given problem and later u optimise and scale that solution. This feeling is different than following some solution which is already there and u don't even have to take care of low level design it just matter that u know apex and other things or not but the recipe is already there. Hope u got what I am trying to explain.

I appreciate your response. What I got is POC is like a fun game where you can use your imagination to come up with new ideas and solutions to problems. It's like being a chef and creating your own recipe instead of following someone else's.
