I am a newly joined tcs as assistant system engineer During ilp training I have been assigned to a BFSI unit project I don't have any idea about BFSI unit And also I want to know how it would affect my career as a software engineer

BFSI is a good unit in terms of tech and learning.

Every fresher starts without any idea.

If you find ways to learn something from the project (even if they assign you only excel work), you will be fine.

Welcome to hell BFSI is good in term of company growth not your growth. Many of
my friends resign after joining into tcs bancs project which comes under bfsi.
