Does anyone know about freshers appraisal? On What basis does it happen? Any criteria? What is expected hike Anything anyone knows about fresher appraisal? Thanks

Freshers usually get appraised after 18 months. Hikes depend on performance ratings, ranging from ₹30k to ₹75k added to CTC. Appraisals happen in March, effective from April 1st. Performance is key.

No matter in which project you are...but you should be Billable there..then only you are eligible...n get feedback from your previous as well as current project..
