Trending @Capgemini; Fresher Appraisal Cycle

Hello Everyone,

I joined Capgemini in 2023 as a fresher at Associate 1 level. I am working under Engineering Domain.My salary was 4lpa. Now I have completed 18 months and received the fresher Appraisal review form.

Now my question is will I get any hike after this review ? How much percentage can I expect or how much can I ask with my supervisor/manager ? I am confident that my performance was good overall from starting.
