Has anyone heard about, or worked for, AppsTec ERP Solutions Pvt Ltd in Bangalore? They're asking for a two-year bond and a 5L return check. I believe this is illegal, but I'm not sure why they're doing it. Has anyone else come across this?

Bro, that's totally illegal! 🚫 Companies can't force you into a bond or ask for a return check. They're just trying to trap you. Stay away from such shady deals, man.
