Frequent switches

Life has been testing off late. Health, Work culture and my inability to stick through rough times made me switch a lot.

Need suggestions related to showing my work experience on my CV, shall I hide few of them? Will the recruiters get to know about it eventually?

I think if you switched every 2-3 years and your overall exp. is less than 10 years, you should be fine. Some HRs will always consider it a problem but we can't change their rigid mindset. Still you will have good chances with many companies.

I have switched 4 companies in less than a year.

Put your recent best experience in your resume and remove the rest. If questions arise tell them that you were taking a health break.

Nobody really cares if you cleared the interview and proved to be able to deliver the work.

If you are targeting big corporations they might be skeptical. Make sure you got the experience letters from all your previous organisations in that case
