Frequent Job Switch

How healthy is it to switch Jobs every 1-2 Years? Especially considering the fact that I work for Performance Marketing roles wherein the role in itself might be time bound and eventually becoming irrelevant once a company achieves the required amount of Growth expected out of the Performance Marketing efforts.

How have you been dealing with the HRs questioning the reason for frequent switches?

You will be surprised how no one cares how often you switch from one company to another till the point there is actual requirement of your skillsets. So the key word is there should be actual requirement of your skillsets in the place you are applying. Some managers/HRs bring their personal idiosyncrasy to the table by judging someone if they have switched alot, also arising from the fact they themselves have not been able to. There will always be someone smarter ready to hire you for a better salary. This whole notion has been developed by age old service sector bosses who want employees to always work at the same place in same project.
