Trending @Infosys; Frequent Company switch
I have worked on my first company for 2.5 years and changed my company for career growth and second company laid me off after 3 months and I was job less for almost 6 months and I got a very startup company joined and left for 2 months because of infy offer I got after joined in 3rd company, now it is been 10 months I landed up in support project there is no place for my experienced technology, I am thinking to switch again.
Any suggestions?? Am I ruining my career for frequent switches???
First of all... Kudos for your confidence.. you told you were laid off in previous company so i think you know the harsh reality of this job market and still you are trying to get into that rather than choosing a comfort zone is commendable..

Market is brutal because of recession fear so better think twice and you may ask your hr to move you to a project where your skill can be applied
Can I ask my HR for that ?
You can but there is red tape has to go to manager and then dm and then hr usually takes time
And they respond every slowly but you can give it a shot try going for group Proj manager politely asking for some of his time on a Thursday or Friday saying your grievances trying won’t hurt
It all comes down to how you explain these to the interviewer and your skills. Good luck brother .
