Freling homesick

feeling lonely and homesick since family member can’t travel to bglore , no project odc, swipe in and swipe out only, not a single friend in TCS, minimal work , paying rent, not getting QVA as expected, not sure what to do..

If you are deployed to any project without project ODC at your base location then they cannot deny work from home. It is HR policy, they will definitely help you out. Explain the situation and most probably you will get the exception. I am saying this because same question came up in the WFO exception policy doubt clearing session organised by HR. Straight forward they told that they will arrange a con call with manager to resolve this.

Same here I want release but they won’t release me. I can’t resign. Don’t know what to do. I too don’t have ODC in my location and I feel like I am alone in the project. 😭😭
