Trending @Infosys; Freelancing while working with MNC

Hello IT Folks,

Has anyone worked with Emoticon Technologies as a freelancer while working full time with MNC or anyother IT company.

Note : There is no PF and salary is being credited to another persons account ( friend )

Has anyone worked in similar setup?

Will it come under moonlighting?

Please clarify if anyone has any inputs to this kind of situation.

On what grounds, can you please specify.. I am not taking any salary in my account, neither is there any pf getting credited.. please clarify

There should be some proof that you are working and getting money then only it will be treated as moonlighting

A college who was freelancer was working with infy as contractor and with another company also. Both companies no pf, when offered permanent position in infy he disclosed this n asked me if pf is there, upon knowing that pf in infy, he declined permanent position in infy.
