Some of my key questions:

1️⃣ Is it legally allowed to do freelance work while being employed full-time in an IT firm? Do companies generally have restrictions on this?

2️⃣ Are there any restrictions related to having multiple income sources? I heard that having multiple income sources on the same PAN could be an issue - is that true?

3️⃣ What are the best practices for handling payments and taxation without running into trouble? Any specific tax rules or compliance points to keep in mind?

4️⃣ For those already freelancing, how do you handle contracts, payments, and taxation without conflicts? Are there any loopholes or smart ways to manage this legally and efficiently?
