Free work anyone?

I guess the idea behind it is good in an unfortunate twisted way given how the market is atm.

For people in uni and freshers it would be more applicable I guess but end of the day even I believe in paid internships or work rather than paying in experience.

However this would be good for their profiles and might help them get work elsewhere. So kind of like a stepping stone.
