Free Delivery on Zomato Gold & Swiggy One now limited by distance

I don't understand why they add Service charges, Platform charges, container charges, traffic charges, rain charges....this charges.. that charges apart from Item value and GST (which is a huge amount)... better to keep a cook at home and pay him/her indeed. On food items also they are charging GST...

They are running a business. The era of freebies is coming to a close.

The real test would be see how the retention & adoption is after they remove all freebies
