Hi everyone I can see many people talking about compensation hike let me share my experience.
Two years back I got good offer from co. which is far better than hcl.
At that time VP and GM offered me onsite and wants me to stay in hcl only.
I m working on less pay from that day what I got in offer till yesterday in hcl.
Now after 2 years I am still waiting for my travel and they keep folling me for these 2 years and at the end they moved me from their hierarchy and said sorry to me.
They stopped my growth in both area financially and in my career growth.
I worked on weekends, long shift hrs but at the end I got sorry from them I loose handsome amount of money in these two years just because of them.
Now the best part the same manager once asked me to take interview of one resource and told me to select, later I got know that resource life partner working in hcl and had visa for onsite later they both travelled and after some time second partner hired on onsite payroll in same project yeah in same project 😀 so moral of this story your hard work doesn't matters at all.
Whosoever reading this post I just want to say don't trust here anybody if you're getting good just move don't fall in this type of trap.
Here’s some free advice:-
If a promise isn’t fulfilled within a week or a month at most, it’ll never happen. You’ll always be sold dreams, told you’re the “star performer,” but the reality is – everyone around you is also a star performer (bitter truth).
The only thing that truly matters is YOU. Stop requesting; start demanding with a clear ultimatum.
If your demands aren’t met, be smart enough to realize that your manager or VP isn’t your family. They don’t care about your life.
Still you are faithful enough not to mention thr names. 🤣
However, names doesn't matter as HAR SAAKH PE ULLU BAITHA HAI.
