Ex-engineer continues: Deciml app(https://deciml.in/) CTO is the most fraudulent person in the company. He doesn't know shit about tech, coding, app development. He became CTO just because the founder and CTO are friends. And the real problem is none of the upper management peoples are aware of his incompetency and everyone in the tech team is aware of his shitty knowledge. He doesn't have any view in technical discussion, he just sits and uses Twitter and LinkedIn. Every engineer in the team knows what kind of CTO he is. He doesn't have any control in decision making, he is just a postman whatever CRM, content writers tell him to do, he will create tasks according to that. He is not involved in any kind of technicalities, like code reviews, coding, or managing something.

Would like to know if you guys came across such kind of managers/CTO
