Indian families fight on inherited property, how do you think people won’t fight over this?
On a serious note, the space isn’t regulated, can’t challenge disputes. There’s a push on aggregator to sell more by hook or crook. Even with RERA, real estate is messy. Can’t imagine anything which is not even known to law 🤨

REITs are trusts, regulated, transparent, diversified to multiple properties and have a strong sponsor. Everything else is still in the fad stage.
In investments, trust is important. So better go for track record of sponsor than going for an ambitious upstart disruptor who might not have hired any customer service.
