Fractal Analytics - Beware!
It's 12:26AM and I'm still on call The management here is useless and expect employees to work late nights and doing absolutely nothing to stop this toxicity. Too much micromanagement, where they ask us to fill exact hours we would take to finish a user story. Makes us fill useless excel sheets and pulls us in totally irrelevant meetings where you're not even required! Anyone having offer from fractal please i beg you dont join this shithole! It's a startup disguised as a unicorn with no ethics at all.

Fractal the unicorn has acquired multiple small companies over the last 2 years.
While Fractal has amazing work life balance and practices, a lot of these small companies don’t. @nightowl9828 - are you part of an acquired company or do you work for Fractal itself?

I have been with Fractal since last 2yrs. I can confirm that, this is true in multiple accounts. It’s primarily because Fractal is trying to profitable before they launch their IPO. In some accounts 12 hrs a day is a normal expectation.
Why there isn’t any bookmark option on this app?
Same as before I regret joining fractal.
