Founders, what's your biggest current challenge?
For me, it's the point where we need experienced employees but can't afford good ones just yet because we can only afford so much after paying ourselves 🥲 and we don't do free labour/unpaid internships as a principle.
Profitable where we are, but further growth is limited by affordable and experienced talent.
Would love to know what challenges others are tackling.

I would love to hear and explore what kind of role and person you are looking for. Your limitation of paying good is understood but this is something that a challenging role and future growth outlook can overcome.
PS: I resonate with and respect your decision on no unpaid internships.

I need a generalist experienced with sales. 3-4 years of experience ideally, willing to work in a tier 2 town and hustle at the grassroot level.
