Founder making money

A very small scale startup in Bengaluru where founders are trying to make money through in eligible ways. Not sure but I have heard that they did some reimbursement which is not actually reimbursement and they will probably share the made up slips for claim. Amount is in lacs every month. Not sure how can they eat out VC money. And the interesting piece is that even the startup is under threat and have very less capital left to run the show.

The story reached to me via-via and hence not very sure of this.
