Form 60 (working certificate)

Hello Everyone, Can anyone guide me how can I get form 60(working certificate)? I need it for BH series number plate registration.

TCS doesn’t provide Form 60 anymore. Alternatively you can contact RTO with bonafide letter and 5 office address in different states. You can download bonafide letter from GeSS.

only the bonafide will work for getting BH series? And they do it easily?
