Trending @Accenture; Form 60 for BH registration

I was requesting form 60 from the ast portal, but it asks for "Upload RTO Template" at the end. Can somebody tell me what it is ?

yes you need to get the template from your location rto office, like what details they need. usually they need your details, hr details and company details. details as in name,email id, ofc pan numbers etc
