Form 16 & Last month payslip not downloaded

I have not downloaded payslip of last month worked and form 16 from my previous employer due to technical issue. When I reached out to the team, I was told that they would not be able to provide the same since the last day to download the same has already been crossed. Will this cause any issue in my current employment? Please help me how to resolve this issue.
