Forgot to raise WFO exception for 2 months

Hi. I'm working from home with child care exception. For August i raised the exception but approvers didn't act on time. So the request got expired. I forgot to apply for September. When I checked in 2Office it shows 'no show ' for 2 months. I will be released by 30th September from this account as there is no work since 2 months in the project. Now I raised a new exception for the month of October. Not sure they will approve or not as I will be released by September end. Does this 2 months no show gonna impact my pay? How to get exception when a person is unallocated? Kindly suggest. I'm worried a lot 😕

You can raise a new exception request with future dates and then mention the backdates in description for which you actually want to get approval. Once this is done take a screenshot where system says previous request was rejected because of no action on time and send it along with email asking for approval. Hopefully this should resolve the issue. I myself have followed this approach twice and was a success both the times.

PS: This way was suggested by HR.

Contact with HR they can raise from backend with a mail approval from project lead

Yes, the "no show" status can impact your pay. Raise the exception immediately and follow up with HR and your manager. Document everything. Stay proactive to avoid future issues.
