Forgot to mention impactful and important contributions which I made to my senior manager

I am the most dumbest guy ever. Its my first year of work and I work in qa (i dont like but didn't had choice then) and there was temporary resource requirement by frontend team for developing a feature in a part of our product ( I do automation tests on same) and I was asked by my manager that am I interested, seeing an opportunity to show my potential I jumped in to work with them. I was working there but also keeping my manager into loop even she asks me about ongoing work and stuff informally. Two seniors from dev team were also working with me temporarily and we 3 were developing and fixing things in a very tight deadline.

But the things were getting delayed because there were many issues which needs to be fixed from platform's end so gave my best, overworked to match the deadlines, so during that everyone in my team got blocked due to critical issues during integration. These things were invisible to management and they were pushing our managers. So I decided to pick few issues and fix it on my own (it wasnt my job yet I did) and I was able to resolve even got my pr merged by reviewing with dev team

Today we had a meeting with skip level manager (he was the one who recommended me from qa for the task) we gave updates and in the end he asked 'hey ur reporting manager was saying that u guys were blocked with some issues in the platform and why' so I ended up explaining it in the meeting but I forgot to mention that I have worked on it and was able to solve those blockers in the platform, this extra and important work I forgot to take my deserved credits. My plan is to switch to dev(which is under him) in some time will it affect? Did I made a blunder by picking up those issues? Will this not be considered in appraisal review?

Tldr: took the initiative to help resolve critical issues that was blocking my team, even though it wasn't part of my original job. You successfully fixed some issues and got PR merged. However, in the meeting with the skip-level manager, forgot to mention contributions to resolving those issues.
