Forgot raising Wfh exception what to do?? Please suggest
Hi guys, i have wfh due to no odc for my project at my branch. I forgot to raise wfh exception for this entire month and from july 31st it is showing no show in 2 office. Today i realised that i missed this. Can anyone please suggest what to do???

Are you serious?Now everyone talking about RTO and you Forgot for 1 month.I do not think anything can be done here.
Since when you are applying WFO exception? I also don’t have ODC at base location. I was given exception initially for 3 months but later forced to WFO meeting room.
If odc is not there soo how long u are doing wfh

I think you can write to HR with supervisor in cc. They can raise from backend
