Foreign CVs are different from Indian CVs

I've 1.5 years of experience in backend development in a startup company and I've applied to multiple foreign companies. But didn't get what got me rejected. From Indian companies I'm getting calls and interviews but from European or American companies only getting rejection mail. I thought ATS or skill difference or years of experience made the difference but didn't get the right answer. What are the things needed to add?
