Foreign Country for work

I want your opinion as in 4-5 years I will go abroad for better quality of life as in this country named as India , isn't a opportunity place for my career as It wn't help me to earn higher amount of money while maintaining worklife balance..

So , germany will be best option, especially for me and my family (wife).
