Foreign company switch

Are there folks here who recently switched to a company not in India? (Remote or moved to a new country)

What were your reasons for doing so? What differences do you see in terms of work and career growth ?

Please also mention the company, designation, Remote or not and when you switched.

Reason for asking: I see a lot happening in tech(specifically AI) in countries like Dubai, SEA, Taiwan, Korea, etc and a few Indian folks joining these companies.
