Foreclosure of Car loan

I have a car loan of tenure 7 years, the repayment has started 1.5 years back. The current outstanding is 8.3 lakhs and emi is 16k. I have a lumpsum amount which can clear the debt. My question is that my bank charges 2%+gst on foreclosure. Should I clear 8.2 lakhs first and then close 10k amount or clear the 8.3 lakhs at a go.
