I got a offer with Ford and TCS both in chennai Location. Which one should i join ? TCS - 15LPA + 2.5 VP Ford - 18 LPA.
YOE - 5 Years Tech Stack - GCP Data Engineer
Please give me your suggestions

TCS might or Might not pay full variable pay.
Therefore I would chose Ford. As it's a product based company.
if you are joining Ford. Start owning stuff and create dependency on you after joining.

You should join Ford,as TCS is not good with variables and yearly hikes
