Forcing to resign for a group of freshers.
Just came across this story as one of my close friends who joined TCS a couple of months back finished training. Now, RMG is forcing them to join a project and the role offered is helpdesk. They are forcing them to agree for this or on the face they are forcing them to resign .. no other option.
We really need to think again before joining TCS these days. Those days are gone. Now, either you become part of their infamous corporate politics or die suffering every single day.

Many TCSer fresher making a habit of sitting on a bench not taking the projects
Just taking salary for months and years
I have seen this
When the situation is exhausted the RMG force to join the project
Then this kind of POST is seen

I feel it's mostly due to the kind of projects that are there which are mostly support projects speaking for myself I was put into a support project without my consent was told automation will be there doing manual testing for the past 2 months

Every new joiner is looking for pocket money from tcs and wants to prepare for the govt. Exam

Not only freshers, experienced persons also facing this. Facing the same type of issue.

Bangalore it seems same happened with me I didn't bow down infront of them said them I will report your word by word to delivery head of Bangalore region. I got unallocated now in a development role

I am working on my Day Time as well as Client's night time just to complete a deliverable with completely impractical deadlines the blame of which is being directed at me. Worst Project, Worst Managers, Worst Lead, Worst Work Culture

i guess it's all about mindset, how you handle them, i was on the bench for 40 days and they told me to join this and that project but I told them clearly I will join only if i find it suitable for me and did not listen to rmg people's shits. So i feel one needs to be bold and stick to its own preference and talk straight to them.

This happened same with a friend of mine working at TCS pune location
But he stood strong and rejected the project despite several escalations and finally rmg gave him a better project

now is it finally time to drop off fresher hiring which created lot of issue?

fresher hiring created issue during pandemic and they are not able to contribute in different experience led candidate project

that's how freshers are treated here. asking for resignation might be a Bluff tho
